We are currently recruiting for two Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Advisors for our Infrastructure business. These roles will support two of our key frameworks for rail and highways. These roles will sit within the framework teams but also liaise closely with our central SHE function in ensuring that we adopt a consistent approach at all times. The role will provide advice, guidance and support on all SHE issues and foster a partnering approach with the business to ensure that they communicate procedures, polices and standards, ensuring that all legislative directives and specifications are fully adhered to. The role will also adopt an approach of continuous improvement, and work to build positive working relationships with the Infrastructure and SHE teams, the wider Osborne Group and our external customers and suppliers.
What are we looking for?
We are ideally looking for experienced SHE professionals who have operated within the Infrastructure and Civil Engineering space, with a clear ability to work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. You will be supportive in nature, building trust to ensure that we work together in creating work environments that are safer for all. You will have strong communication skills and be able to influence behaviour in a positive and progressive manner. Attention to detail will be key to success in this role as will a growth mind set of continuously challenging ourselves to ensure that we progress as a business.
