The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our People team based in Reigate. The Learning and Development Administrator is a key role which provides support to the Learning and Development team and be involved with inputting training needs and preparing training records, assisting with Learning Management System implementation and ad-hoc support to the training team.

What are we looking for?

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience of dealing with learning management systems preferably knowledge of Cornerstone. You will have an analytical mind set with an inquisitive nature for error checking as well as continuous improvement. The ability to learn our in house system whilst data cleansing is key to this role as well as an advanced level of MS Excel. You will be able to prioritise effectively and work collaboratively with in-house and external stakeholders.
