We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator based at our head office in Reigate, Surrey. Working as part of the Group People function the HR Administrator will work as an integral member of the team to support various areas within the business to deliver a professional service to effectively manage the administration associated to the employee life cycle and the associated people related processes and activities. The role will also work alongside the other administrators and co-ordinator to ensure that administrative queries from employees and managers are addressed in a consistent way. The HR Administrator will also develop and maintain positive relationships, whilst promoting and protecting the Osborne reputation whilst remaining customer focused in line with company policies and values.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an administrator who has worked to support a busy HR function. An understanding and experience of HR systems would be preferred as would HR policy and process knowledge. You will work effectively in a busy team and be able to prioritise and take the lead on tasks as required. You will also liaise well with internal and external stakeholders and adopt a collaborative approach at all times.
