The Opportunity


We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our team based here in Reigate. The role will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry and production of applications, certificates and sales invoices for the Group finance function. The role will also ensure compliance with all tax and statutory requirements and deadlines while liaising with internal stakeholders for progress updates on due and overdue cash, certificates and retentions. The role will work within a close team environment where you will be expected to support others in line with needs of the business and demonstrate behaviours consistent to our values at all times.

What are we looking for?


We are ideally looking for a Finance Assistant who has experience of the Sales Ledger process who is able to work in a planned and accurate manner at all times. You will have worked in a finance function and have good attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload effectively. The role will require good communication skills, liaising with key internal stakeholders to ensure that information and reporting is done in line with statutory and internal timescales and guidelines.
