The Opportunity


Supporting growth within our Infrastructure business we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager. The role will report into the Head of Commercial and will be responsible for supporting associated contracts and frameworks by ensuring that effective commercial management is exercised at all times, which both relate to success for our business whilst meeting our customers needs at all times. You will alongside those operationally responsible for these works ensuring the importance of good commercial practice is understood and related into how be behave in the management and delivery of work at all times. As a senior member of the commercial function this role will work functionally and support the evolution of processes and procedures whilst upholding the Osborne values at all times.

What are we looking for?


We are looking for someone who is either looking for the next step in their career or alternatively want to use their commercial experience and knowledge in a new environment. We would ideally look for someone who has operated within the Infrastructure and Civils space and be able to work with others internally, with customers and our supply chain in a open and collaborative manner. You will appreciate the importance of good communication and be able to demonstrate value through your knowledge, experience and behaviours. You will also be able to manage the development of people through equal measures of support and challenge in an authentic manner.
