Working within our Infrastructure business we have an excellent opportunity for a Framework Manager to support a key Highways programme. The role will provide oversight of the programme managing the delivery of a portfolio of projects in accordance with our clients requirements adopting an open and collaborative approach at all times. This leadership role will also work to develop both the technical and behavioural competencies of the delivery teams and manage the relationship with the client. You will act as an ambassador and role model for both the Infrastructure business and Osborne group. You will articulate our values adopting a progressive approach when working with the client looking for areas of improvement which provide enhanced value for both the client and our business.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has outstanding relationship management skills. You will have the ability to work with a key client ensuring both the operational delivery meets project targets and also work at a strategic Framework level with the other key delivery partners. Experience within civil engineering would be preferred but more importantly you will have experience of developing teams and be able to adapt your leadership style to maximise potential. Strong commercial acumen will be required along with an open mind set which looks for areas where we can move forward as a business at all times, whether that be related to people, processes or systems.
