The Opportunity
To answer telephone calls and e-mails from residents, in order to arrange appointments, and to assist with raising works orders and responding to queries to support with contract administration
 
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a customer focused individual who will be expected to support of the delivery of the Call Centre Housing Repair service in accordance with Osborne core values, operational procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
You will deliver an excellent service to our customers contacting us by telephone and other multi-media channels, by providing an efficient and accurate response on a variety of enquiries and service requests. The individual will need to be flexible in attitude and manner and to deal appropriately with a wide variety of people, issues and service situations.
This role will involve working in collaboration with other departments and senior management to ensure that services are joined up and aligned to the achievement of Osborne’s core values, aims and objectives.
