The Opportunity


Working within our Property Services business we have an excellent opportunity for a Head of Bids to support our work winning team. Reporting into the Business Development Director the role will take ownership of the bid and proposal team whilst also supporting the business by being an external champion and ambassador at all times. The role holder will work to develop relationships with current and future clients by understanding the value we provide and then being able to translate this value in bid submissions. You will also be responsible for the development of the bid team, ensuring they are nurtured and supported. The role will work closely with the rest of the business to ensure that we are continuously evolving our service and offering which exceeds our clients expectations whilst providing a commercial benefit to the business.

What are we looking for?


You will have a great understanding of the bid process, with knowledge of the Property Services and Construction sectors. You will be able to understand and translate clients needs into the bidding process whilst having clarity on the importance of relationships in work winning. You be able to inspire and develop a team, ensuring they are focussed and engaged at all times. You will be able to bring together various elements, leading to submissions which not only address the clients needs but also surpass them through progressive thinking and an open mind set. You will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and have the skills to be able to manage challenging situations in an honest and respectful manner.
