The Opportunity
* To assist with Planned preventative maintenance delivery.
Administration duties 
Accepting incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
Responding to email enquiries
Send out Planned Preventative Maintenance orders  
Weekly look ahead reports
Weekly update to work arising 
Updates and uploads for each job as they are completed 
Sending out orders for work arising jobs released by NWR
Monthly Meetings in London. 
Monthly Periodic Update to PPM figures. 
Any Audit that sent in by NWR
Invoice Validation 

What are we looking for?
* Administrative experience
Computer literate including Microsoft Office 
Committed delivering customer service 
* Experience dealing with customers/contractors/internal departments 
Invoice Validation 

* Previous experience within the infrastructure or construction industry would be beneficial
