The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing part of our infrastructure business to guide, manage and develop a team.  You will take the lead on the successful delivery of a project or portfolio of works relating to multi story and modular car parks, taking overall accountability for delivering projects safely, of high quality and within the financial targets set and agreed.  You will lead by example by encouraging a collaborative culture throughout the project team, including customers and suppliers, ensuring everyone works towards our common vision of a vibrant delivery mechanism that delivers on promises chosen by customers and has safety at its core.

This role will be based in our Rugby office with regular site visits so you must be willing to travel.

 
What are we looking for
You will be commercially aware and have the ability to take the lead on site, ensuring all aspects of your projects are delivered efficiently with an excellent record in quality, health, safety and environment.  You will be leading on multiple projects so must have the ability to multitask, whilst being an inspiring and enthusiastic communicator who sets high professional standards.  You will be an experienced Project Manager who has previously specialised in construction, steel frame structures or car parks, having lead projects up to £10million.  You will also have an industry recognised qualification such as a degree, HND, NVQ or similar in Civil Engineering, Building or a related course.
