You will be commercially aware and have the ability to take the lead managing all site activities within the project, covering sites on the M25 and M4. You will ensure all work is carried out in a safe, profitable, planned manner to achieve the programme and deliver a quality product and service. You will develop and maintain positive relationships, while leading by example to encourage a collaborative culture throughout the site team including suppliers, customers, staff members and sub-contractors.
You will primarily be office based in either Dartford (M25) or Heston (M4) with regular site visits. The standard hours for the role are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm however an essential part of the role will involve working some weekends and nights.
What are we looking for?
It is essential that you have previous site management experience and it would be ideal if this was within structures or highways. You will have an industry recognised qualification such as a degree, HND, NVQ or similar in a Civil Engineering or Building related course. You will also be required to have a full driving licence, a CSCS card and be SMSTS qualified.
