The Opportunity


Working as part of our support team who support our Dacorum contract, we are recruiting for a Planner to be based out of our Hemel Hempstead office. The role will work to manage the work-load of operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring the most efficient and profitable management of all repair works in the allocated region. The role will work closely with the delivery teams, ensuring we meet our contractual targets of time, cost and quality. 

What are we looking for?


We are looking for someone who understands the importance of great customer service. Our customers are our residents and its vital that we deliver a service which is appropriate to their needs. You will have great organisational skills, and be able to deal with multiple priorities effectively and in a timely manner. You will appreciate the need to work as a team to achieve greatness whilst having the initiative to think creatively to solve problems. If you have had some exposure to the construction trade that would be advantageous but the most important requirements are having the right behaviours to deliver success in a customer service environment.
