The Opportunity

We have a great opportunity to join us on a 9 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave as a Service Recovery Specialist.  You will primarily be managing complaints from start to finish, including logging the initial complaint from the resident, investigating and ensuring a prompt resolution.  You will also be looking after compliments from residents and running weekly and monthly reports in an accurate manner. 

 
What are we looking for?

We are keen to speak to candidates with a background in complaint handling with experience composing written responses to complaints.  You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate empathy to residents.  It is also important that you are able to multitask and manage your work load to be able to respond to residents in a timely manner.
