The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join us in our growing property services team.  You will be dealing with responsive repairs so your tasks will be very varied.  You will also be looking after sub contractors, making payments and being responsible for managing and mentoring an Apprentice. 

You will be based in our Slough office with some site visits around the local area, working 37.5 hours per week. 

 
What are we looking for?

It is important that you have previous experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role, preferably with a social housing or maintenance background.   You will also have a good understanding of NFH schedule of rates, experience of compliance and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
