The Opportunity

Working within our Infrastructure business and supporting our rail team, we are currently recruiting for a site Manager.  The key aspect of the role will be to manage and be responsible for the safe, efficient, profitable and timely completion of allocated projects to the quality standard required by the Contract.  You will also ensure management of the works in accordance with company and site specific procedures covering safety, environment, quality and production. 

With the current contract the rail team cover Wessex so this role will cover sites within the area, therefore some travel may be required.

 
What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and progressive thinking Site Manager who has worked within an infrastructure environment, ideally rail.  You will have experience managing multiple teams and worksites.  You will have excellent attention to detail and strong project skills with a natural drive for excellence.  You will work effectively with people at all levels and be comfortable challenging convention to ensure that we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customer through value driven solutions.
