Due to on-going demand in our Infrastructure business, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us to be based on site in Swindon. The role is to help and assist the Project Managers or Site Managers on assigned contracts to ensure a full commercial service is provided. To ensure that the Project Managers and Site Managers are aware of all financial and contractual matters.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to experienced Quantity Surveyors who have had previous experience in managing their own projects. It is also essential that you have experience of NEC contracts, specifically NEC3 Option C and also be able to demonstrate previously working on infrastructure projects, ideally within highways. You will be an effective team player, working comfortably with people at all levels to ensure we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customers through value driven solutions.
