We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support Coordinator who will support one of our rail teams based in Reigate. The role will be responsible for supporting a wide range of activities that will include responding to telephone requests to log faults, inputting of information onto systems, receiving and sending out requests for information to both our operatives and subcontractors and general administration to ensure the efficient and timely running of the team. The will also interact closely with a number of other delivery and support teams within the rail business.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and has the ability to deal with a number of different tasks in a positive manner. You will have a good level of understanding as to the importance of getting the details right, and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. An ability to take a balanced view on things would also be an advantage and its crucial that you are able to work in a team environment, supporting those around you when the needs arises.
