Due to growth within our rail team, we are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team based out of Reigate. The role will report into the Managing Quantity Surveyor and focus on supporting our Minor Works programme. The Minor Works team provide end to end support for our clients in ensuring that repairs and maintenance works on the railways and supporting Infrastructure is dealt with in a timely manner with minimised disruptions to users of the service. The Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial performance of the programme, ensuring that costs are determined and allocated accurately at all times. The role will involve regular liaison with the client and also work internally with the delivery teams.
What are we looking for?

The role as described will be based in Reigate, but the ability to get to our sites will also be a requirement of the role.
