The Opportunity

Working as part of our team who support our Optivo contract, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to join our Hastings team as a Service Delivery Manager.  This is a key role in ensuring the contract runs smoothly, efficiently and within budget in your allocated area.  You will directly manage a small team, who in turn manage the Operatives who are out and about carrying out repairs and upgrades in residents homes.  You will manage and develop processes to ensure these teams work effectively and ensure all works are deployed within the quickest possible time.     


What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates with previous experience within a similar role, who is confident to make decisions for the business.  You must also have an SMSTS card, be able to multi task and have excellent communication and IT skills.  You will be based in our Hastings office but must be flexible to travel in the East Sussex area when required.
