The Opportunity

Working as part of our team who support our Optivo contract, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Hastings.  In this role you will be visiting residents homes carrying out maintenance and repairs as required.  Your main focus will be carpentry, carrying out 1st and 2nd fix, but you may also be required to carry out additional multi trade tasks such a plumbing when needed.  You will work to KPI’s and carry out all works to a high standard, in line with Health and Safety guidelines.         

 
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates with previous experience within a similar carpentry and multi trade role.  You must also hold a Level 3 Carpentry NVQ or equivalent qualification plus a valid driving licence. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills as you will be visiting residents in the homes, representing Osborne.
