The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service and management professional to join us as a Lead Customer Solutions Advisor.  You will supervise the call centre staff who are taking incoming calls from residents, responding to emails, booking in appointments, assisting with raising work orders and responding to queries relating to contract administration.  You will also provide day to day management of the CRM system and run reports as required.
This role is based in our Slough office and you will be working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday plus the occasion Saturday. 
 
What are we looking for?

We are keen to speak to candidates who have previous experience in leading a call centre or administration team.  You will have excellent communication skills, be naturally empathetic and have a real passion for providing the highest level of customer service at all times.  It would be preferable if you have previous experience within social housing or within repairs and maintenance.
