The Opportunity


We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project  Manager to join our Highways business. Supporting a key maintenance framework on the M25 (predominantly East half) the role will be responsible for leading the delivery teams to ensure we deliver to time, cost and quality at all times. The Project Manager will also support the commercial teams in terms of pricing and also work with the Framework Lead to constantly review our delivery capability. The Project manager will introduce and influence change where required in our delivery mechanisms whilst maintaining safety at the core of all activities ensuring they align with our clients needs and Osborne processes.

As a client facing role, the Project Manager will also act as an ambassador for Osborne at all times and demonstrate behaviours consistent with our values and culture.

What are we looking for?


We are ideally looking for a Project Manager who has experience of managing road schemes and understands road space and traffic management. You will have a demonstrable record of successfully delivering projects and be able to influence and manage at key stages of the project lifecycle. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to lead others with authenticity and vigour. You will be familiar with NEC form of contracts and be commercially savvy and be able to develop and coach those around you. There maybe an element of night work required so flexibility in terms of working pattern would also be desirable.
