Working for our rail business and supporting our One Team Wessex framework, we are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to help cover the Wessex region. Reporting into the Package Lead, the Site Supervisor will be there to support and assist the site management team in managing the site activities, and
working in a safe profitable manner to achieve the programme and deliver a quality
product in accordance with company requirements and legislation. In doing so, satisfying
the Client's expectations and maximising the financial return to our business. The Site Supervisor will also develop
and maintain positive relationships, promoting and protecting the Osborne reputation
whilst remaining customer focused and in line with our company policies and values.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has had experience within a civil engineering environment and is looking for their next challenge where they can develop their site management skills and capabilities. You will be familiar with and understand the unique nature of working on rail. You will be a clear communicator, well organised and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively and understand the importance of a cohesive team in order to deliver success. You will be keen to learn and always look at ways to improve not just yourself but the working environment in which you will operate, ensuring we progress as a business at all times.
