Due to growth within our Rail business we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our One Team Wessex framework team. Reporting into the Package Manager for Buildings, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of schemes across the Wessex region. You will ensure that project deliverables are met, that the site teams are given clear direction and support and act to build and strengthen relationships across the framework team, both in site operations and the pre delivery teams to support the key focus of success through collaboration.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project Manager who understands the rail environment and has demonstrable experience of delivering project success. You will be able to lead others through a consistent approach of excellence and authenticity whilst also being aware of your own need to grow, both personally and professionally. You will understand how and when to intervene to support site operations and be able to navigate sometimes complex issues through clear thinking and a collaborative manner, drawing in others to support and be accountable for generating solutions.
