We are currently recruiting for a Building Services Manager for our London Construction business. The role will be accountable for leading the management of all the M&E services activities from pre-construction to delivery. The Building Services Manager will also ensure that our customers value our offering and that we use the most effective advantage of knowledge and processes available to ensure efficient working and a fair return. This will be achieved by managing risk and opportunities in the M&E process to achieve price competitiveness, delivered professionally and with excellent focus on the customer. You will also develop and maintain positive relationships, and to promote and protect the Osborne reputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Company policies and values.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an M&E professional who takes a progressive approach to their work ensuring that they adopt a solution lead approach at all times. You will ideally have taken sole accountability for M&E projects and have worked across a number of sectors implementing best practice. You will work effectively in a team environment and be comfortable challenging and supporting those around you to ensure that we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customers through value driven solutions.
