The Opportunity


Due to growth within our Infrastructure business we are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join our rail team. The role will be focussed on the successful delivery of works within the E&P package operating across the Wessex region. The role will ensure that we are delivering in accordance with project schedules in a manner which compliments the culture within the One Team Wessex framework and is consistent with the Osborne core values.

What are we looking for?

You will be an experienced site manager who has demonstrable experience of successfully delivering works within a rail civils environment. Experience with E&P would be ideal. You will understand how to motivate and develop teams to support you delivering success whilst also being able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and progressive manner. You will be SMSTS qualified as a minimum.
