We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to based at our Slough office supporting the delivery of our Repairs and Maintenance contract with Slough Borough Council . Reporting to the Commercial Manager the role will be to provide commercial support with the delivery of upcoming planned and reactive repairs and maintenance work programs. You will also continue the positive relationship development with client representatives and our supply chain making sure that initiative is taken to resolve matters arising promptly and efficiently.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has commercial support experience within the Social Housing sector. You will be keen to learn and develop and understand how to effectively support a commercial team. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to build trust based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail and planning skills will also be key for this role, along with an ability to prioritise.
