The Opportunity

 

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join our rail business. The role will support the planning, mobilisation and management of the delivery of specific work packages for Rail Services who focus on the delivery of project and maintenance civil related works across the Kent, Sussex and Wessex regions. The role will report into the Project Manager. The role will initially be an 18 month fixed term contract.

 
What are we looking for?

 

You will be an experienced Site Manager who has been involved in Pre-Delivery activities. You will have a good understanding of Network rail processes and procedures and be able to work collaboratively between our supply chain partners and our delivery teams, with the objective of successful completion of our schemes. You will have excellent planning and organisation skills and take a proactive approach in ensuring that potential issues in delivery are addressed at an early stage.
