We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join us, initially on a 3 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for managing Operatives who cover the Arun area carrying out general responsive repairs in resident’s homes. Your duties will include checking the vehicle tracker and Operatives diaries, visit any complaint issues, complete sub-contractor inspections, complete health and safety inspections, complete vehicle checks and check and action any emails.
You will be working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and your role will involve a mixture of home based and site based work.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates who have experience in a similar role with a good understanding of responsive repairs and temporary works within the social housing sector, as well as a sound knowledge of health and safety. It is also important that you hold a CSCS card. You must be available immediately to begin this fixed term contract.
