The Opportunity


We currently have two great opportunities to join our Commercial Team as a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of works on our key One Team Wessex rail framework. The Quantity Surveyor roles will be based from London Waterloo but will also spend a good amount of time on site along the Wessex route. The Quantity Surveyor will report into a Managing QS and support the commercial delivery of schemes across four different work packages, working closely with commercial colleagues, the site delivery teams and also Network Rail.

What are we looking for?


We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience of delivery of civil works ideally within a collaborative framework. You will understand the importance of good commercial performance  in the delivery of project success and understand NEC form of contracts. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to delivery commercial information in a clear way that is understood by all. You will understand the concept of value and be able to liaise with internal and external contacts in a measured and open manner and ideally have working knowledge of Network Rail processes but we would welcome applications from any civil engineering related industry.
