We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join us based in Coventry. We are seeking someone to provide leadership to the production team and to support and develop a multi skilled workforce. You will provide efficient performance management of the production team, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed correctly and inline with health and safety.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates with previous experience in a similar role and previous experience of manufacturing processes and procedures is a must. You will also have excellent people management and organisational skills, as well as excellent health and safety knowledge and an awareness of regulatory compliance. It would be ideal if you have previous experience in the off site or timber frame manufacturing industry, however this is not essential.
