The Opportunity


We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join the Innovare business. The role will focus on being responsible for defining the “how and what” we need to do to successfully introduce new Innovare products to the market. In the short term this will focus on cladding for use in the residential and educations sectors. This means the Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams from a product's conception all the way through to its launch and application. The Product Manager is also responsible for setting a product implementation strategy. The role is to clearly articulate the business value to the wider team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release and will also own the roadmap and prioritize delivering what matters most to achieve the strategic goals and initiatives behind the product.

There is flexibility in where the role is based, with schemes across the country but some time will be required at our manufacturing head office in Coventry.

What are we looking for?


We are looking for someone who is commercially minded and has carried out a technical role for a cladding business, with a deep understanding of quality and industry standards. You will be comfortable working with internal and external teams and also clients, with confidence built through experience and behaviours to ensure the successful delivery of schemes in conjunction with the operational site teams, both direct and through our supply chain. You will understand the project lifecycle from conception of idea, through pre-construction to finishing and handover.
