The Opportunity

 

Due to growth within our Innovare business we are currently looking for a Digital Quality Manager.  The purpose of the Digital Quality Manager is to ensure that the products or services Innovare provide are of high quality, fit for purpose, consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. The Digital Quality Manager will coordinate the activities required to meet these quality standards, measuring and monitoring the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance, and measuring against set standards. The Digital Quality Manager will liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organisation to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly, advising on changes and how to implement them and provide training in tools, equipment and techniques to enable others to achieve Innovare quality standards.

 
What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for someone who understands quality within the Construction build process. You will have an excellent understanding of current building standards, and be able to use this knowedge to work collaboratively with the internal teams in ensuring that quality reamins at the heart of all we do. Ideally you will have used new technologies in assisting operational teams in ensuring that build stanadards are being met on site, intervening when they are not, and working collectively to solve problems that do arise. You will also ideally have a recognised qualification in Quality Management.
