Due to growth we are currently recruting for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. The role will focus on creation of new leads and business into the main Contractor community, where we are able to provide an innovative and progressive solution as a delivery partner for Off-Site construction solutions. The role will be home based and report into the Director for Sales and Marketing leading, improving and promoting the Innovaré product portfolio including the development of new products/systems as well as commercial applications and opportunities. The Business Development Manager will develop and maintain positive relationships internally and externally to promote and protect the Innovare brand reputation whilst remaining customer focused in line with our culture and values.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the construction market and have established relationships with a number of Tier 1 Contractors, and be able to use that experience and knowledge to help us collectively meet our business objectives. You will have excellent relationship building skills and the integrity to ensure that these are sustainable and long standing partnerships. If you have knowledge of Off-Site construction that would be a bonus but by no means essential. What we do require is someone who is tenacious, patient and able to develop pipleines through a measured and stratgic approach to business development.
