Supporting the growth of our exciting Developments business, we are looking to recruit a Financial Analyst. The role will report into our Development Director and be responsible for providing analytical and modelling support to the Developments business through the creation of standard formats of appraisals across asset classes, as well as maintaining existing appraisals during active projects.
The Developments Financial Analyst will also work closely with the Developments Financial Controller to maintain up to date appraisals with live actual and forecast information, owning the maturing of current reporting processes, both for internal and external consumption.

What are we looking for?
To be considered you will need to have an excellent financial understanding of a developments business, ideally across asset classes and be able to produce high quality reporting and have depth in your financial modelling skills which can be utilised for new and existing development projects with the ability to present information in a clear and consistent manner at all times. You will be comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and have a growth mindset looking to find better ways of working.
