We have an excellent opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join us to provide first line IT support to the business. You will be trouble shooting various IT related issues relating to a number of areas including mobile phones, be providing support to A Citrix, Outlook and other office suites. This role will initially be home based and will require regular visits to our Reigate office. You will be covering two different shifts and either working between 7am - 3:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates with previous experience in a similar service desk related role. You will have excellent knowledge of laptop support, Microsoft Office, Citrix, Exchange, Windows 10 and Azure. As you will be providing support to the business by phone and email, you will have excellent communication skills.
