We are currently accepting applications for our graduate and trainee programmes within our Infrastructure business across both Highways and Rail. We have an established training programme where you will feel supported and challenged enabling you to be at your best and to build upon your formal learning. The roles we have open are for:
- Sandwich year Placement
- Graduate Trainee Programme
We generally offer these placements across Engineering and Quantity Surveying with a mix of site and office working. However, if you are graduating this year and would like to specialise within another related field please let us know.
What are we looking for?
You will be currently studying or have graduated in a Construction related degree and be looking to make a difference, not just through the work you do, but in how you do it, how you communicate both internally and externally and most importantly you'll want to learn and develop. Our core values are really well understood by our people, and help create an open and fair environment where you can be yourself. You will be passionate about Construction and the critical role it plays in making a difference to the lives of people.
