We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our rail business covering the Wessex region. You will lead on the successful delivery of a rail based project, taking overall accountability for ensuring the project is delivered safely, to the highest quality and in line with financial targets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Resource management.
• Subcontractor selection and performance.
• Promoting and implementing health and safety initiatives and feedback.
• Sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Continuous improvement and maximising profitability.
• Training, teaching and mentoring other members of staff as appropriate
Are you the right person?
You must have previous project management experience, ideally with a main contractor. You will also have extensive knowledge of the rail industry.

This will be a site based role along the Wessex Route so it is essential that you live in this region.
