We are currently recruiting for a Design Manager to join our Construction business. The role will be site based in central London. Reporting into the Senior Design Lead the will be accountable for leading the management of Design activities from pre-construction through to delivery, ensuring that our customers value our offer and that we use the most effective advantage of knowledge and processes available to ensure efficient working and a fair return. This will be achieved by managing risk and opportunities in the design process to achieve price competitiveness, delivered professionally and with excellent focus on the customer. The role will be also develop and maintain positive relationships, promoting and protecting the Osborne reputation whilst remaining customer focused at all times.
What are we looking for?
You will have come from a design or related discipline background and understand the importance of good design in both demonstrating our value proposition and addressing our client’s needs. You will have the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring that you adopt a collaborative and open working manner. Attention to detail will be key to success in this role as will a growth mind set of continuously challenging ourselves to ensure that we progress as a business.
