The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction division based on site in London.  This role will be supporting the surveying team and supporting on exercising financial control over costs and maximising returns and profitability for projects.  You will support the wider construction team members on all matters which have a commercial bearing and advise  commercial guidance whilst building trusted relationships with peers and customers. 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who has had previous experience within a Graduate or Trainee level commercial role whilst learning through development.  You will have had exposure to package management, procurement and contract administration.  It is also important that you have had previous experience a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with high value projects within the construction industry.  You will have good IT skills and be able to work within a team environment, although you will need to be able to work alone under your own initiative at times.
