We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support the Commercial team who deliver all aspects of the commercial, financial and contractual elements of designated projects. This role supports our contract with Slough Borough Council and is a key role. It will be a busy and varied role including updating the project system, analysing monthly subcontractor applications for payment, preparing interim payments, providing administration support for procurement tasks and any other adhoc general administration tasks to support the team.
This role would be based in our Slough office and working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates who have had previous experience in a similar commercial role, with prior experience in either the maintenance or repairs sector. You will have excellent knowledge of social housing and prior experience managing subcontractors and subcontractor payments. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines. In addition, you will be highly IT literate with a good level of Excel.
