We are looking for a Site Agent with experience in the infrastructure sector - ideally rail. You will work within our Infrastructure business supporting our One Team Wessex rail framework team. The team is based at London Waterloo and covers the whole Wessex region. The Site Agent will be responsible for the safe, efficient, profitable and timely completion of allocated projects; ensuring that we always meet the quality standards required by the contract. The Site Agent will also ensure that works comply with company and site-specific procedures covering safety, environment, quality and production.
Does this sound like you?
You are an experienced and progressive Site Agent who has worked within an Infrastructure environment. Ideally you’ll have a good understanding of civils works and a working knowledge of Network Rail processes and ways of working.
Site management of multiple teams and worksites is something you handle with confidence, backed by strong project management skills, attention to detail and a natural drive for excellence. You can demonstrate your ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
You know how to prepare clear and concise Construction Phase Plans, Work Package Plans and Task Briefings. Your professional experience is complemented by curiosity and an enthusiasm for new ideas so that we can move forwards as a business and deliver greater value to our customers.
