The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover sites based in Sussex.  You will be supporting our rail team within our Infrastructure business, covering a range of different works.  The Site Supervisor will be there to support and assist the site management team in managing the site activities, and working in a safe profitable manner to achieve the programme and deliver a quality product in accordance with company requirements and legislation.

What are we looking for?

We are keen to speak to candidates with a background in Site Supervision within a Rail environment, with prior experience of COSS.  You will be familiar with and understand the unique nature of working on rail. You will be a clear communicator, well organised and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively and understand the importance of a cohesive team in order to deliver success.  You will have an excellent understanding of site safety procedures, permits to work, SWP's and WPP's. 

You must be able to travel to sites across the Sussex area so a driving licence would be an advantage.  Your standard weekly hours will be 7:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, however you must have the flexibility to work some nights and weekends when required.
