Innovare Systems are a specialist Structured Insulated Panel (SIP) solutions provider. We are the only business in the UK to design, engineer, manufacture, deliver and install their own system. We are based up in Coventry where we have our Head Office and our manufacturing facility. Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Innovare business. The role will report into the Commercial Manager and be responsible for the management of the commercial performance of our projects. The Quantity Surveyor will work to ensure timely procurement, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts in accordance with the procurement strategy
whilst proactively coordinating the commercial and contractual risk of assigned projects. The role will also work with the delivery teams to develop and manage assigned project budgets and forecasts to ensure the financial control and profitability of allocated contracts.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has commercial experience within Construction. If you have experience within Off-Site that would be ideal as would exposure as a subcontractor. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work collaboratively with delivery teams and clients, ensuring that we meet our commercial objectives at all times. You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach and be willing to listen and develop, building relationships at all times. If you have experience in the education and residential sectors that would be great, but most importantly its about the attitude to want to contribute and help deliver collective success.
