We have a great opportunity to join our Construction business as a Senior Contracts Manager supporting our London team. The role will manage the delivery of several projects in Central London in a safe, profitable and planned manner to achieve the programmes, delivering quality products and services at all times. The Senior Contracts Manager will also work with clients in ensuring that solutions meet and where possible exceed their expectations and maximise the financial return to our business. The Senior Contracts Manager will also be responsible for developing the delivery teams capabilities both technically and behaviourially, ensuring we have developing talent at all levels.
What are we looking for?
You will have great working knowledge of Design & Build and traditional forms of contracts from inception to post completion in new build and refurbishment across a number of sectors including residential, commercial and education. You will be quality focussed and be able to drive great results through your delivery teams via the provision of support and guidance and be commercially astute. You will have strength of conviction and be able to deal with problems in a measured manner which incorporates learning, which is shared with others to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
