The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join our London Construction team. The Assistant Site Manager will form a critical element in successfully delivering high quality schemes for our customers. Supporting site activities within Central London the Assistant Site Manager will be responsible assisting the site management team in managing the site activities, deputising for the Site lead as required, and working in a safe manner at all times. The Assistant Site Manager will develop and maintain positive relationships, promoting and protecting the Osborne reputation whilst remaining customer focused in line with the Company values.

What are we looking for?

You may have just finished your training and are looking for your first role of responsibility on site, and have a good understanding of site operations, and the components that make up the running of a well organised and successful project. You will be keen to learn and develop, and have great listening skills, with the ability to pick up learning in both formal and informal environments. You will understand the importance of health and safety, and ideally be degree qualified with a construction related degree, and be comfortable working in a variety of sites across the central London region.
