We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of schemes in Central London. The Senior Project Manager will work for our Construction business, and report into the Divisional Director for the London region. The Senior Project Manager will take the lead on major works with project values up to £80m across a number of sectors including Commercial, Residential and Education. The Senior Project Manager will ensure we are delivering a quality build within programme timescales and to budget and be a key interaction with the client, building a mutually respectful relationship which supports collaborative working.

You will have experience of delivering major schemes in London across a number of sectors, but with key working knowledge of the residential market. You will be results focussed and be able to drive those around you to success. You will have excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering quality schemes at all times. You will work with others, both our own people and through our supply chain. in a progressive manner, ensuring we move forward as a business through a culture of learning.
