We are currently recruiting for a site based Project Manager to support our London construction team. The focus of the role will be to lead the overall project team, and act as an ambassador for Osborne. The role will lead the site activities, ensuring we work in a safe, profitable, and planned manner to achieve programme deliverables to produce a quality product and service. In doing so, we aim to surpass the Client's expectations whilst maximising the financial return for the business. Importantly you will also develop and maintain positive relationships, whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Osborne policies and values.
What are we looking for?
You will have experience of managing project teams and running complex, new build projects across a number of business lines. You will also have a strong understanding of planning and programming and an appreciation of different forms of contract and be comfortable managing and mentoring employees. You will be financially astute with knowledge of EDF and CVC. You will work effectively with people at all levels and be comfortable challenging convention to ensure that we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customers through value driven solutions.
