Osborne is one of the leading construction businesses in the UK. As a family-owned business, we have the freedom and flexibility to take a different approach. The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Proposals Manager to join our Construction division to support the Proposals Manager.  You will work closely with the wider Pre-Construction Team to produce Pre Qualification Questionnaire's (PQQ), tenders, presentations and materials to support the work winning objective.  You will be responsible for managing the PQQ lifecycle process, from client document issue through to working with the internal team and submitting a compliant submission.

You will have the option to be primarily home based in this role, however, you will be expected to work at least 1 day per week in our Reigate office.

What are we looking for?

We are keen to speak to candidates with previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.  It would be ideal if you have previously specialised in producing work relating to residential and educational buildings but this is not essential.  You will have proven experience in assisting with winning work and posses first class writing skills as you will be proofreading, writing, reviewing and editing PQQ and tenders.

Our Benefits
  • Competitive Salary and Company Car (dependent on position)
  • Company Pension
  • 25 Days Holiday
  • Gift Day off for your Birthday
  • Private Health Insurance (after qualifying period dependent on level)
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Life Assurance
  • Trade Discount Cards
If this sounds a lot like you, and your approach to your work is the same as ours, we would love to hear from you. If we end up working together, we will give you a great environment to work in with real opportunities for you to shine, deliver great work and develop your career.

Please note that we would also make reasonable adjustments where possible to ensure that our places of work are inclusive and allow us to support the creation of a diverse and engaged business.
