The Opportunity


We are currently recruiting for a Bid Manager to join our Construction business. The Bid Manager will form part of our key work winning team and be responsible for supporting the Bid team’s production of proposal documents and presentation material to support the work winning objective through the management of the bid process. The Bid Manager will also support the development and implementation of the businesses internal and external communications strategy to support the people and brand objectives whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships, promoting and protecting the Osborne reputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with our core values.

The role will be a mixture of home and office working.

What are we looking for?


We are looking for an individual who has both the ability and experience to deliver successful and customer orientated bids and proposals. You will be comfortable working in an ever changing environment and be able to liaise with clients across a diverse set of sectors. You will be adaptable enough to manage the bid resources in a way that both meets challenging requirements whilst ensuring that the bid team remains focussed and motivated in delivering a quality product. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are core requirements for role. You will work effectively with people at all levels and be comfortable challenging convention to ensure that we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customers through value driven solutions
